When I go to Help Center (I am using the KDE plasma desktop), I am not able to load any help files, they are all not found. The KDE help center front page is there.
But when I try to open the help for any particular app, the file for that help page is not found in the expected location.
Are these files expected to be included in the kde-desktop bundle?
