The installed operating system is ultimately the same - Clear Linux OS. The differences are the bundles that can are preinstalled and the interface for the installer itself (server installer has a TUI, desktop installer has a GUI). After installation, you can install the same bundles regardless of who ISO you used to install Clear Linux.
