I’m in my 50’s and been working with PC’s, Servers, Laptops, Mobile devices, switches, firewalls, etc… I worked as a Design Engineer with a few CAD Environments and programming including web design. I just decided to get away from the Office and get my Class A CDL for a change of pace. I’ve been losing my affection for MS quite a bit the past few years when they killed off Windows Phone/Mobile and left the devices in a dead end state like RT. I cancelled my MS Subscriptions and started into Linux Distro’s in January 2020. I’m actually enthusiastic about it. I may just build out my Dell R710 to run XenServer and play with as many VM’s as I can more often. Winter in Ohio is has my yardwork on hold. lol
So far out of the many distros I tried Clear Linux was by far the quickest. I just need to unlearn old habits with the help of the community here.
