Wondering if anyone can tell me how to add an iBus engine, specifically the “m17n” database and library (called uim-m17nlib and scim-m17n respectively), or their equivalents.
This would be an easy workaround to using the available keyboards for Tibetan input, which are needlessly complex and hard to use.
