Has curl been fixed in 42760?

I take it curl has not been fixed in #42760, has it? I am saying that because my Flatpak updates seem to be broken still.

no pkg updates for curl

After a little more careful poking, I found where the test regression was located. Not a concern so the next release after 42760 should have a curl update to fix this.
