I’m going to install CL in my laptop. I’ve already created a different partition and backed up all files there.
Now what else i have to do to be able to access the partition normally like read and write files after installation?

i’d recommend not using legacy bios and having 1 harddrive with multiple OS’s, but separate hard drives for each OS and set bios to UEFI. If your laptop has USB-C, you can install clear linux on USB-C drive and test that way with UEFI enabled. On my bios, pressing F11 gives me a selection of UEFI drives to boot.
