Black screen when I close screen of laptop and re-open it

Hello,
I have a problem :

In my laptop (DELL) when I close the screen and reopen the screen will be black … and I can’t do nothing. I must to stop brutally the PC.

Hello, Paul! Welcome to the forums.Ive had this problem for quite a while now. It’s a known bug that can be tracked here.

I think it’s to do with how the suspension is handled on a bios level.
