Clearlinux is a great distro, but it would save people’s time if a little note were added stating that NVIDIA Optimus is not really working at the moment with this distro.
As far as I know, there is nothing in Clear Linux blocking support for these systems, they’re just challenging to get working right on Linux in general. There are reports of people getting Optimus working with enough tinkering.
I would say a note on the downloads page is a bit extreme for a focused userbase. There is a targeted message about these hybrid graphics systems on the NVIDIA documentation, which I think is the appropriate place: https://docs.01.org/clearlinux/latest/tutorials/nvidia.html
