Makedepend in Clear Linux

Hello,

I am trying to compile QVINA2 (QVina.github.io/compilingQvina2.md at 242d4967cd0b640a7da8349ae85b3cc12dceb03a · QVina/QVina.github.io · GitHub). However, I get this error: “makedepend: command not found”. I could not find any reference for installing makedepend on ClearLinux… is it part of a bundle I could install?

It’s outdated. Build makedepend from source or modify the Makefile to use other autotools.

I built Makedepend from souce and tweaked a bit the Makefile and it worked…
