Can't show some emoji

Hello everyone.
In my machine, emoji can’t shown properly. How to solve it?
You can imagine this issue like in this screenshot

Have you tried with different fonts?

You can also clear the font cache with :

sudo fc-cache -f -v

I add Noto Color Emoji to my machine, but in GNOME Fonts it still blank character. But in other app like Anytype it can show properly
