I have installed Clear Linux on a Minis Forum HM90.
This model contains the AMD Ryzen 9 4900H and uses a NUC like format
Since it was a barebones I installed a WD Black 770 NVMe drive and 64 Gb of GSkill RAM.
For video I am using the DP Alt Mode through the forward USB-C port.
I removed the AMD/Mediatek Wifi controller and replaced it with an Intel AX210.
So far all the interfaces have worked without issue.
This includes:
- Front and rear USB ports
- Both network ports (1GbE-Realtek/2.5GbE Intel I-225V)
- Audio works just fine
The AMD IOMMU is enabled properly at boot and therefore KVM works great.
Some Linux spins (Debian/Ubuntu based) are having an issue with how the IOMMU and SVM are presented on this model, that is why I am checking Clear Linux and it seems to be doing OK.
Proxmox had some issues with the IOMMU but I was able to fix it and install it.
