I follow Create a bootable USB drive using Etcher* — Documentation for Clear Linux* project.

I mounted the image at Etcher but I cannot “select target” Imgur: The magic of the Internet

What is the next step?

In my opinion Etcher isn’t the best way to create a bootable USB. If you’re on Windows, try Rufus. The best way for today is Ventoy, It’s an open source tool that allows you to have multiple OS images on your drive.
