Ctl + Alt + F{1,2,3,...7} Not working

Hi I’m try to open a new tty terminal using the ctl + alt + F1 keys but nothing is happening. Is there a program I have to down load to get this to work?

Currently just CLI no Desktop-gui

Also yes all other keyboard functions are working. Just seems like the OS isn’t responding to this particular command. I have a ManjaroLinux image that is working with this command

It should work starting with CTRL + ALT + F3.
Do you have Fn key on the keyboard? Maybe try CTL + ALT + Fn +F3
