What is the proper way of removing “quiet” kernel option on boot? Now I’m editing boot entry conf file on EFI partition.
sudo mkdir -p /etc/kernel/cmdline-removal.d echo "quiet" | sudo tee /etc/kernel/cmdline-removal.d/quiet.conf sudo clr-boot-manager update
man clr-boot-manager for more information.
Thank you its working, I didn’t know there is cmdline-removal.d option. There is just a little typo, first line should be:
sudo mkdir -p /etc/kernel/cmdline-removal.d
Oops! Thanks, I updated the post to fix it. I’m glad it’s working
