Add bundles for Intel Parallel Studio and Vtune

Intel Parallel Studio and Vtune are premier developer libraries used to optimize… code to run best on Intel, hardware. It seems obvious that these should be available in a bundle on Clear since Clear is intended to be performant, and any developer would be interested in optimizing their own code as well. Besides, it's an Intel tool, it just seems right. I think it would be nice to have a bundle or set of bundles for intel-optimizartion tools which would include both VTune and Parallel Studio and maybe any other straggling perf tuning tools we have for developers. These tools can currently be installed manually, but the install process is kind of convoluted. I think having it installed from swupd and updated when they run swupd update would be a big plus for developers.
