Hi,
I have an issue with a little too much power consumption when my laptop is idling.
When my system has no other applications open but powertop in terminal, the system idles at 7-8 W.
For comparison, on Ubuntu 20.04, the laptop idles at 2-3 W.
My laptop is a Dell XPS 13 9380 and I have the latest BIOS.
Enabling thermald or changing the cpu governor to powersave has no effect. Neither does masking clr-power.
Any suggestions on what can be done to reduce the power consumption when the system idles?
