Removing ISC dhcpd from the distribution

We will be removing ISC’s DHCP daemon from the distribution shortly. The upstream package has been discontinued and unmaintained for nearly a year (see ISC DHCP - ISC), and unfortunately has accumulated multiple CVEs that will never be addressed.

The same bundle that provided dhcpd, pxe-server, also provides dnsmasq, which is a DHCP server, caching DNS proxy, and a TFTP server, if so desired – all the things needed to implement an iPXE server in a subnet. See Install Clear Linux OS Over the Network with iPXE — Documentation for Clear Linux* project for examples, and there are many similar tutorials elsewhere on the internet.
