Touchpad and keyboard are not working

Hi,

I have recently installed Clear Linux on my laptop. My device is Acer aspire E5-511. There is a problem with keyboard and touchpad. Both of them are not working. However, in the Boot Menu of my device, keyboard is working well. Before installing Clear Linux, I used Ubuntu version 18.04. At first, They worked very well, but after getting some updates, keyboard stopped from working. Then, I thought if I had changed my laptop’s system, the problem would have been solved. However, I have a same problem now. So, How can I solve this issue? I look forward to your response.

It’s more likely you will get help if you revert to Ubuntu and ask Ubuntu community. Because your issue is very specific and we may not have people with same hardwares you have.
