Clear linux is not intended to be a general-purpose distribution! NOT!

Official Clear linux documentation states ‘Clear Linux OS is not intended to be a general-purpose Linux distribution, suitable for novice end-users.’

I refuse to believe this as I use it to work from home and gets everything done. I also have fun with it using stable-diffusion-webui. I compiled Xaos on it and the binary is smoother and faster than the version downloaded from flathub.

‘Clear Linux OS mainly targets professionals in IT, DevOps, Cloud/Container deployments, and AI.’ I am neither of those.

What can the community do to convince Intel that Clear Linux is good for general-purpose use too??

Not to be cynical, but pay for it. (Or at least pay for support) That way Intel can hire a support team and more developers.

After the last 2 purges at Intel, we should consider ourselves lucky it exists still.

I, for one, would be willing to pay for it, and/or for support. Is there such an option?

Perhaps if Intel spun Clear to a foundation to perform such activities. As it is today, buying something from them is a contract and Intel would be on the hook. It would also open the doors for people to use it in production services, which is why it is free with conditions.
