Help needed in regards to repairing my system

Whenever I run sudo swupd diagnose I get heaps of errors. I’ve included screenshots to show what I mean. Then when I run sudo swupd repair it states all repairs were done. However after a reboot they are back again? Please see the screenshots to see what I mean…

**Describe the bug** "swupd diagnose" and "swupd repair" do not repair the Syst…em. **To Reproduce** Hi there, I am running Clear Linux for a while now and suddenly while normal usage it crashed (start of Android Studio). To see if there are issues on my system I ran: `sudo swupd diagnose` Indeed it showed a whole bunch of missing files and files which have a wrong hash. So, I ran: `sudo swupd repair` The output is: > Inspected 248584 files > 2169 files were missing > 2169 of 2169 missing files were replaced > 0 of 2169 missing files were not replaced > 881 files did not match > 881 of 881 files were repaired > 0 of 881 files were not repaired (…) > Repair successful I rebooted the system and checked again using: `sudo swupd diagnose` Same output… Of cause I start the repair again. Which resulted in the same output as before. It keeps going that way. At this point I am not able to “repair” the system. Others I have talked to had the same issue. Am I doing something wrong? **Expected behavior** Use swupds repair funktionality and it acutally does repair the system. **Environment (please complete the following information):** - Clear Linux OS Version: 35130 - Platform: Notebook, Intel i7 8th gen

swupd reporting missing files and hash mismatch

While updating from 35130 to 35150, swupd printed lots of warning like Missing f…ile and Hash mismatch for file. Eventually it did update. I ran `swupd diagnose` and `swupd repair` manually, which seems to replace/repair corrupted files. But then if I run `swupd diagnose` and `swupd repair` again it still does the same thing. ``` $ sudo swupd diagnose Diagnosing version 35150 Downloading missing manifests... Checking for missing files -> Missing file: /usr/share/clear/filemap/filemap-ImageMagick -> Missing file: /usr/share/clear/filemap/filemap-Imath ... Checking for corrupt files -> Hash mismatch for file: /usr/bin/WebKitWebDriver -> Hash mismatch for file: /usr/bin/Xnest -> Hash mismatch for file: /usr/bin/Xorg ... ``` Is this a bug or only my installation is somehow affected?
