please help with another issue. when i open the software it’s showing things like the screenshots. mostly it shows the packages/bundles I installed myself. it doesn’t shows all the available packages. what should I do?

i’ve used the command. but let’s say i want a document viewer for epub file. i don’t know the package/bundle name. what then? why software center isn’t showcasing all available bundles like lets say ubuntu,mint?
This is not a distro designed for new user to Linux or users for desktop usages.
Toutorial sounds like huge french tutorial to me
