I have ffmpeg installed. how do i enable it for audacious?

I launch VLC using $ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib vlc. The same should work for Audacious, I think.

this doesnt work for me. my ffmpeg is the static binaries and i put it in /opt/bin/. LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/bin doesnt either work. truth be told, it isnt that bad, as i can use ffmpeg to convert audio files
