"IAS" = nameuser is a new USER Not form me

yesterday (06 sep. 2020 ) my PC Clear Linux make update from 33770 to version 33780

All works good !!

and I have since yesterday morning 9:00 Uhr (Germany time ) an new user with the name IAS as Admininistor the konto status is deaktivate.
Why that!! I dont have make this user .
It is my own pc nobody can go to this pc.

Maybe you installed an application which adds that user?

not very likely. If an application needs special user group and user, they should be restricted and not visible.
