Mesa-aco compiler in Clear Linux

Hello.

First of all, congratulations for having such a good OS. Clear Linux is intuitive, fast, responsive, and efficient. I imagine that Clear must involve a lot of hard work, so, thanks for having such an incredible distro. That aside, my question is: Is there any way to install the mesa ACO compiler in Clear Linux?

For the fsync/futex patches, you’ll need to compile a kernel yourself with those patches included since they haven’t been merged upstream. If you’re interested in doing that, there is some documentation here: https://docs.01.org/clearlinux/latest/guides/kernel/kernel-development.html It looks like the aco patches were merged into mesa, so you should be able to enable it with the RADV_PERFTEST=aco environment variable.
