Phpstorm does not show composer directories

I am setting up phpcs in Phpstorm but it has directories I can’t see.

I installed PhpStorm from the program manager and PHPCS from the composer on the terminal.

What’s wrong?

What is “the program manager” that you refer to here? ClearLinux does not ship phpstorm, nor do we ship phpcs. I’ve you’ve used composer to install software, it doesn’t come with support from the Clearlinux team.
