Sorry for delayed reply. . I was not able to post replies (forum policy) for exceeding the number of posts the first day, so had to wait 24 hours to be able to post.
I figured out why it does not work for me. Clear Linux installation seems to assume that partition table type is GPT while my disk has partition table type MBR .
The clue was that in documentation it was pictured as it is partition names and not partition labels must be CLR_ROOT, etc. MBR partition table allows only partition label…
So I converted partition table to GPT and Clear Linux installation works fine.
My Windows is not bootable anymore now so I need to figure out how to make it boot, but it is a different issue…

I think this is the issue converting from mbr to gpt??
