Small speaker pop (audio)

A fresh install on my lenevo laptop, Every time I open a browser (doesn’t matter which) and run a video I get a small speaker pop at the start of play center channel. Not hard enough to kick my sub but annoying enough.
Edit: if i open settings then click on sound it also pops. not on the other settings. but only the first time i click. if i jump back to another setting and then sound it doesn’t. if i close the window it does it again on open and click sound (or if sound is already chosen where i left off.).

Added specs:

00:03.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation Broadwell-U Audio Controller (rev 09)
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation Wildcat Point-LP High Definition Audio Controller (rev 03)

If you need more info to help I may need a command to spit out the data your looking for.

Thanks for the extra brains!
