Clear Linux on cloud VM - how to and 2nd IP?

I am running Clear Linux on AWS using a cloud image. I’d like to add a 2nd private interface

Running, ip addr Need a 2nd one of these.

I noticed the networkmanager wasnt installed… then read a post saying networkmanager is not used on cloud and I should use systemd-network.

However I’m pretty confused about how to go about doing this. Any advice?
