Enable remote destop for Teamviewer Host

I can install Teamviewer Host in clear linux, but when I try to connect I have the following message in the another machine: “Remote control is currently not activated on the device”. How can I activate remote control for temviewer? Thank you in advance.

Hi Szabolcs, just a quick question
do you need to connect remotely within the same network, or even from outside?
If it’s the first case, I’m using gnome-remote-desktop, and it works very well.

Hi Marcus,
It is the same network. The connection is established and I can see my name in the clear linux, but I cannot take over control. I cannot see the desktop of the clear linux machine. I just have the error message. Thanks in advance…

If it’s on the same network, then yes, I recommend Gnome Remote Desktop. You can install it by running sudo swupd bundle-add gnome-remote-desktop. After installing it, restart the computer, and in the settings, you will find both the option to connect via RDP and to take control of the PC with a separate session.
