This is probably a trivial question but please someone help me understand…
Clear Linux has been working fine for me and still is. However shortly after installation of Docker a strange thing started happening:
Previously when Clear Linux was started it showed messages on the screen as it booted and it took time before login screen showed up.
Now shortly after Docker install it starts very quickly ( a few seconds to login screen) and the only boot message I see is something like ‘Firmware bug… no firmware reserved for region’.
In spite of this abnormally quick boot just with the above message it seems to work as before after logging in. Also shuts down very quickly.
At first I thought it was not shut down but sleeping and waking from sleep upon boot but after checking
it was full shutdown specified.
Is this strange behavior somehow having to do with Docker?
